“Position and responsibility must always be carried with humility, respect, and courtesy. A true leader shows patience, tolerance, and appreciation for the contributions and sacrifices of others. Leadership is not about flattery or false loyalty—because those who flatter often hide a dual face with hidden intentions. Real leaders recognize and honor the long-standing dedication of people, even if at times professionalism wanes due to years of service. One must remain cautious: the loudest praise is not always the purest loyalty. Genuine leadership is about respect, fairness, and sincerity—not manipulation for personal gain.

In contrast, a loser constantly makes excuses and fights for power instead of working to earn respect and authority."
